Community Development

Often people living in deplorable housing do not have the means to make necessary repairs. So, we ask people who have the knowledge and skill to help out with that project. We provide construction materials to the house owner, and food for the construction workers, and at the end of the repair, we give a monetary gift to the workers.

Often we go to a community where people have to go as far as five to six miles looking for drinking water. We are looking for ways to providing fresh drinking water to those in need. In one location in 1988, we were able to drill a well for them there, during that time; the cost of drilling was $1,500 dollars. The people called the well "Water for Life." This well is still operating however, it needs a new pump. The location of this needs is called "Miragoane." Would you agree that it make sense to build a church there as well? The area of that well does not have a church. If you are willing please help us build one.
